What is the Cryptosmit Genesis Pass?
The Cryptosmit Genesis Pass is the first onchain membership for the Cryptosmit community, deployed on Base.
But the idea behind it is bigger than simply owning an NFT.
Cryptosmit has always been about making Web3 easier to understand and helping people navigate the space — whether that's crypto education, trading and chart analysis, airdrops, mining projects, new protocols or opportunities worth researching.
The Genesis Pass is our way of putting that community onchain.
It represents the people who chose to be here early.
Why Base?
We wanted the Genesis Pass to live on a network that fits the direction of Web3 we believe in: accessible, fast and built for bringing more people onchain.

We didn't want to create another collection just because NFTs are popular.
The goal is much simpler:

Why I'm launching this
I've always believed that Web3 shouldn't be limited to people who already understand everything.
A big part of Cryptosmit has been taking complicated crypto concepts and making them easier for normal people to understand.
The Genesis Pass is an extension of that idea.
It's not the end goal.
It's the first step toward building a stronger Cryptosmit community onchain.
From here, I want Cryptosmit to become more than a place where people consume content.
I want it to become a community where people learn, discover, participate and build together.
